Clash of Clans has opened November’s Hammer Jam ahead of the planned Town Hall 19 update, giving eligible Home Villages a period of reduced upgrade costs and timers. The event began November 1, and its dedicated rules page sets the exact finish at November 16, 08:00 UTC.

Updated November 6: That precise cutoff resolves an ambiguity in the broader monthly calendar, which labels Hammer Jam November 1–15. Players planning their final upgrades should use the timestamp in Supercell’s specific Hammer Jam announcement, rather than assuming the event ends at their own local midnight.

What the discount covers

Hammer Jam is available from Town Hall 3. Eligible Home Village upgrades require half their usual Gold, Elixir or Dark Elixir and take half their usual time. Forge crafting also receives reduced resource costs and crafting time. The rules exclude Supercharges and Crafted Defenses, and they do not extend the event to the Builder Base or Clan Capital.

The two reductions affect different bottlenecks. A shorter timer frees a builder sooner, while a lower resource requirement makes the next eligible upgrade easier to afford. Neither removes the need to have a builder available or meet an upgrade’s normal prerequisites. Planning a sequence of projects is therefore more useful than treating the event as a blanket improvement to every progression system.

Collectors receive double production and storage capacity during the event. Their output still stops when they are full, making collection part of getting the advertised benefit. A village that remains unattended with full collectors will not continue banking unlimited resources simply because the production multiplier is active.

The lead-in to Town Hall 19

Supercell’s November season calendar places Town Hall 19 in the middle of the month, but it does not give an exact launch day. Hammer Jam’s ending should consequently not be converted into a confirmed Town Hall release date. It is a preparation window within the announced schedule, not a complete specification of the coming update.

The calendar includes Clan War Leagues through November 10 and a final Town Hall 18 challenge from November 9–15. A MOMMA’S MASS activity starts November 9 for Town Hall 10 and above, while the Super Yeti event runs November 10–16 and uses Ice Cubes earned in battle toward its reward structure.

The season’s cosmetics arrive on their own timetable. Grand Warden’s Grand Titan appearance is associated with November’s Gold Pass, with other hero cosmetics appearing across the first half of the month. Purchasing a cosmetic and qualifying for Hammer Jam are separate matters; the upgrade event itself is defined by Town Hall eligibility.

After Hammer Jam, a Treasure Hunt is scheduled for Town Hall 3–17 from November 16 at 08:00 UTC until November 23 at 08:00 UTC. Later activities include Clan Games and the Fully Forged event. For a player deciding what to do first, the immediate priorities are the expiring upgrade reductions and the projects they actually cover, followed by the separate reward activities that begin afterward.
